Welcome to Elite Blade & Self Defense. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Elite Blade & Self Defense website and your purchase of products through our website.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, governmental actions, customs, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
12. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Once an order has been accepted by the applicable carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for promptly reviewing tracking information and contacting us regarding delivery problems.
If a package appears damaged, missing, or tampered with, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

We do not guarantee that a product available for purchase in the United States is legal to import or possess elsewhere.
